C+H Associates, Inc., was founded in 1982 by President and Chief Executive Officer, Ronald James Hubbard, AIA, NCARB, CMAA. 

Mr. Hubbard brings over 50 years of experience in the built environment.

C+H Associates Inc., has worked on projects in over 125 countries with Mr. Hubbard working on site in design and construction projects in 87 countries.

For the past decade, we have been focused on building smart cities around the globe. We spearhead massive programs with responsibilities including negotiations with government, securing funding, program design, master planning/architecture, contracting partners, and program management.
